Individual Therapy for Women

A Space That’s Entirely Yours

Hello!

So many women spend their days showing up for everyone else — their kids, their partners, their coworkers, their families — and somewhere along the way, they lose track of themselves. If you've ever felt like you're running on empty, constantly people-pleasing, or carrying more than your share, you deserve a place to put it all down for a while.

Individual therapy for women is exactly that kind of space. It's an hour that belongs entirely to you — to say what you actually think, to feel what you've been pushing down, and to figure out who you are beneath all the roles you play.

I work with women navigating anxiety and overthinking, relationship patterns that aren't working, people-pleasing and loss of self, life transitions like career shifts, motherhood, empty nest, or divorce, grief and unprocessed loss, low self-worth and inner criticism, and burnout and exhaustion.

Using approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we'll work together to understand the patterns keeping you stuck, reconnect you with your values and voice, and help you move forward with more clarity and confidence.

This isn't about fixing you — you're not broken. It's about helping you come back to yourself.

If you're ready to stop just getting through the week and start actually living it, I'd love to walk that road with you.

My Story

I know what it's like to lose your own voice in the middle of a busy life, and I know what it took to find it again. That journey is part of why I do this work, and it's with me every time I sit down with a woman who's ready to come back to herself.
