Family Therapy
For Families Navigating Hard Seasons Together
Families are complicated. They're made up of different personalities, different needs, different histories — and when things get hard, it can feel like everyone is speaking a different language. Family therapy offers a space where all of those voices can be heard and where real understanding can start to happen.
I work with families of all shapes and sizes who are dealing with conflict and communication breakdowns, a child or teen who is struggling emotionally or behaviorally, the aftermath of a major transition like divorce, remarriage, or loss, parent-child relationship strain, sibling conflict, and the stress of just trying to get along under one roof.
I also work with adult children and their parents — one of the most underserved dynamics in family therapy. Whether it's long-standing patterns that never got resolved, a relationship that's grown strained over time, or simply the work of learning to relate to each other as adults, this kind of therapy can be quietly transformative for everyone involved.
Family therapy isn't about pointing fingers or assigning blame. It's about helping each person feel seen and understood — and helping the family system as a whole work better for everyone in it.
I bring warmth, directness, and a genuine love for families to this work. Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I help families slow down, listen differently, and find new ways to connect.
Families who are willing to do this work together send a powerful message to every person in the room: we are worth fighting for.
You don't have to figure this out alone. Let's work on it together.

A Thought to Carry With You"In family life, love is the oil that eases friction, the cement that binds closer together, and the music that brings harmony."
