Individual Therapy for Men
Real Support for the Stuff You Don't Say Out Loud
Most men are never really taught how to talk about what's going on inside. You push through, you figure it out, you keep moving — and after a while, the weight of all that not-saying builds up in ways that affect everything: your relationships, your sleep, your patience, your sense of purpose.
Therapy isn't about being weak or broken. It's about being honest with yourself in a room where that's actually safe to do.
I work with men dealing with stress, pressure, and burnout, anger that feels hard to control or understand, relationship conflict or disconnection, anxiety and worry they can't shake, grief and loss, identity questions — who am I, what matters, what's next, and the feeling of being stuck without knowing why.
My approach is direct, practical, and grounded. I'm not here to just ask how that makes you feel. I'm here to help you understand what's driving your patterns, build tools that actually work in real life, and get clear on what you want — in your relationships, your work, and your own head.
I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) — approaches that make sense and lead to real change.
Asking for support when you need it isn't a sign of weakness. It's exactly the kind of self-awareness that makes everything else in your life better.
A Thought to Carry With You"The most important conversations you'll ever have are the ones you have with yourself."
