Interested in Working Together?
Welcome — I'm So Glad You're Here
Taking the first step toward therapy is a courageous decision, and I want to make sure your experience feels right from the very beginning.
I believe that finding the right therapist matters, so I've designed my intake process to be both thoughtful and convenient. Using the appointment request form below, you can browse my availability, answer a few brief questions, and request a time that works for you — all in one step.
Here's how the process works:
Step 1: Request an Appointment Use the Start Your Journey button below to browse my availability and submit an appointment request. As part of the request, you'll answer a few brief questions that help me learn more about what's bringing you to therapy and ensure that my areas of expertise are the best match for your needs. Please note: submitting a request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment.
Step 2: Complete Your Onboarding Paperwork After I review your request, I'll send you intake paperwork that must be completed before your appointment can be confirmed. This includes consent forms, background information, and other important documents that help me prepare to support you well.
A note on timing: The onboarding process typically takes a few business days to complete, so I recommend requesting an appointment at least one week out to allow plenty of time for paperwork to be finished and your session to be confirmed. If your paperwork isn't completed in time, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
Step 3: Appointment Confirmation Once your paperwork is complete and I've had a chance to review everything, I'll confirm your appointment. You'll receive a confirmation with all the details you need for your first session.
If at any point during this process I determine that my practice isn't the best fit for your needs, I'll be happy to provide referrals to other trusted therapists who may be a better match.
I know starting therapy can feel overwhelming, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions along the way. I'm here to make this as seamless and comfortable as possible.
I look forward to connecting with you.
